Easy To Use In 4 Simple Steps:
- Place the Ice Bath in your desired location
- Fill it up with water using a hose
- Plug the Ice Bath into a normal 13amp socket
- Set the temperature on the control panel, and push the start button on the side, wait until it reaches the desired temperature and enjoy!

Please note: The chill tub can reach temperatures as low as 3°C, but this is dependent on ambient conditions. For optimal performance, a maximum external temperature of 25°C is recommended. Do not use an extension lead to connect the chill tub to your power source, this can cause running issues and be a fire hazard.
