Yes. This sconce is sculpted from genuine natural alabaster marble. It is not a resin or plastic imitation. Because it is a natural stone, the light diffuses through it softly, highlighting the unique geological veining inside the material.
Will my light look exactly like the photos?
Because we use real stone, every single piece is unique. The grey/black veining patterns occur naturally in the earth, meaning no two lamps are exactly alike. Your fixture will have its own distinct personality, adding to the bespoke, luxury feel.
Is it heavy to install?
Yes, this is a substantial, high-quality piece weighing approximately 8kg due to the solid stone construction. It must be installed into a solid wall (brick/block) or secured directly into timber studs. We do not recommend mounting this on hollow plasterboard without reinforcement.
Is the bulb replaceable?
Yes. Unlike disposable LED fixtures, this lamp uses a standard E14 (Small Screw) bulb base. We include a starter LED bulb in the box, but you can easily replace it in the future with any E14 bulb of your choice (up to the rated wattage).
