⚠️ Is this chandelier heavy?
Yes. This is a substantial luxury fixture weighing approximately 15kg due to the high-density K9 crystals and solid iron frame. Important: It must be secured to a structural ceiling joist or beam. We do not recommend hanging this from standard plasterboard without timber reinforcement.
🔧 Is it difficult to assemble?
The frame arrives pre-assembled. To prevent damage during shipping, you will need to "dress" the chandelier by hooking the individual crystal tiers onto the frame once it is hung. This takes approx. 45–60 minutes. It requires a little patience, but the sparkling result is absolutely worth it.
📦 What if a crystal arrives broken?
We use reinforced, foam-lined packaging to protect the delicate K9 crystal. However, for total peace of mind, we include a pack of spare crystals in every box. In the unlikely event you need more, our support team will dispatch replacements to you immediately, free of charge.
🚚 How does shipping work?
Because this item is large, heavy (15kg), and contains fragile glass, we do not use standard couriers. We use a Specialized Fragile Service.
