How It Works

- Fill with water using a standard garden hose

Important Notes
Performance is influenced by ambient temperature. For optimal cooling performance, we recommend external temperatures below 25°C.
Do not use extension leads. Plug directly into a dedicated 13 amp socket.
This unit is designed for daily use and commercial environments, including gyms and wellness centres.
Commercial Use Guidance
This Chill Tub is suitable for both residential and commercial environments, including gyms, wellness centres, spas, hotels and recovery facilities.
Please note that commercial use requires a significantly higher level of maintenance than domestic use due to the increased number of bathers.
For commercial installations we recommend:
- Test and adjust the water chemistry at least twice daily (more frequently during busy periods).
- Clean and rotate the filter daily. We recommend keeping multiple filters on hand so cleaned filters can fully dry before being reused.
- Encourage all users to shower before entering the tub to minimise contamination from sweat, body oils and cosmetics.
- Regularly remove floating debris and wipe down internal surfaces.
- Water should be changed according to usage levels. In high use commercial environments, more frequent water changes may be required to maintain water quality and hygiene.
- Always follow the supplied water care instructions and maintain appropriate sanitiser levels.
Failure to follow the recommended maintenance schedule in a commercial environment may result in poor water quality, reduced filtration performance and unnecessary wear on the circulation system.
