Trade pricing is tiered by order value. We confirm your tier in writing with your first quote, and it applies across the whole range.

Single project One-off specification for a single property, plot or installation.
Multi-unit Several plots or rooms in one programme — the most common trade order, and where tiered pricing starts to bite.
Development scale Full-scheme specification across a site, phased to your build programme with staged delivery.
Ongoing partnership Repeat specification across multiple projects through the year, with pricing held between jobs.

Trade questions

Is there a minimum order to get trade pricing?

No minimum to apply. Pricing is tiered by order value, so a single project still qualifies — the discount simply scales as the volume grows. Tell us what you are working on and we will confirm where you sit.

How do I order once I am approved?

By quote. Send us a schedule, a drawing or a list of what you need and we will price it, confirm lead times and set out the delivery plan. Every project is quoted individually rather than run through a fixed discount code, which means we can price the whole package properly rather than line by line.

Can you deliver straight to my client?

Yes. We can dispatch direct to your client, a plot address or a site, unbranded, on a date that fits your programme. It saves you storing goods until the space is ready, and saves handling them twice.

Do you offer credit or payment terms?

Not at present — orders are paid before dispatch. What we do offer is transparent tiered pricing and a quote that holds, so you can price your own job with confidence.

Can you help with specification?

That is most of what we do. Send us the space, the audience and the budget and we will tell you what actually suits it — including when a cheaper option is the right call, or when something will not fit the access you have.

What about installation?

Most products are supplied for your own trades to install, and we provide the technical detail they need — electrical loads, base requirements, access and clearances. For larger wellness installations we can discuss installation support; ask when you enquire.

Do you supply outside the UK mainland?

UK mainland is standard. Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland are usually possible but priced individually — give us the postcode and we will confirm before you commit.
