What project sizes do you handle?
From a single ice bath or sauna at a small studio (£10k–£25k) through to full multi-product spa fit-outs (£50k–£150k+). Bespoke commercial builds are quoted individually.
Can we white-label or co-brand the installation?
For larger projects, yes — we can supply unbranded equipment or work with our manufacturers on branded panels and accessories. Discuss requirements at the discovery call.
What lead times should we plan for?
Stock items can be delivered in two to four weeks. Made-to-order saunas, swim spas and commercial ice baths typically run eight to twelve weeks from order. We'll confirm at quote stage.
Do you install nationwide?
Yes — UK-wide. Our installer and contractor network covers England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. We've also handled select international projects on a case-by-case basis.
Can we finance the project?
Commercial finance is available via Novuna Personal Finance, authorised and regulated by the FCA. We can provide indicative monthly figures alongside the quote.
What about aftercare and warranties?
Every product carries the manufacturer warranty (typically 1–5 years depending on the item). We offer ongoing service contracts for commercial installations — discuss requirements at the quote stage.
