The Nuovo Swim XL is where the luxury of a hot tub meets the power of a home swimming pool. A full-length counter-current swim zone at one end, a hydrotherapy spa at the other — each held at its own temperature, in one beautifully finished 19ft cabinet. Built for families and fitness alike, in your own garden, all year round.

Two temperatures, at the same time. The dual-zone system runs the spa end and the swim end as separate bodies of water with individual controls — so the spa can sit at bathing temperature while the swim lane stays cool enough for serious training. No compromise, no waiting for the whole thing to change temperature.
Swim against the current before work. Sink into the jets on a winter evening with the LED lighting low and music playing through the cabinet. It is the versatility of a private pool without the space, the cost, or the season.
Running costs are the question every swim spa buyer should ask. Our five-layer thermal system is built to answer it — each layer trapping heat that would otherwise escape into the ground, the air, or the surface.

Pre-Delivery Preparation
A little groundwork before delivery day makes for a smooth, single-visit installation. Here is everything to have ready.
The swim spa must sit on a solid, level base — concrete, reinforced slabs, or a properly engineered platform rated for the filled weight.
Minimum base size: we recommend a base at least 500mm longer and wider than the spa itself.
The area must be clear of obstructions, with enough space around the cabinet for access and future servicing.
If you are at all unsure about your base or garden layout, send us a photo or site plan before delivery and we will check it over for you.
This model requires 2 × 40 amp hard-wired supplies (it will also run on 2 × 32 amp), installed in advance by a qualified electrician using SWA cable.
Please leave approximately 10 metres of SWA cable coiled neatly at the isolator switch, close to the spa position.
Our team completes the final connection to the swim spa on the day of installation.
Please give these figures to your electrician before installation. They will confirm the correct cable specification and protection for your cable run and property. Delivery & Positioning
You can select HIAB delivery at checkout, suitable for lifts of up to 7 metres. Once your order is placed we will request access photos so we can review the route and confirm the site is suitable for delivery and installation.
Access photos are required before dispatch.
HIAB delivery includes the final connection of your swim spa on site. Our technician will also walk you through how to run and look after it, and answer anything you want to ask while they are with you.
Setup support is included on the day.
If the lifting distance exceeds 7 metres, or access is restricted, a mobile crane will likely be required. This is not included in our service and must be arranged by the customer.
We are happy to help you find a trusted local crane company — they will usually offer the best pricing and availability. A site visit or survey is recommended to confirm lifting requirements.
Warranty
The Nuovo Swim XL comes with a comprehensive warranty for complete peace of mind.

Installation Requirements
Preparing your space is simple. Here is what you need.
Ground Prep
A solid, level base is essential — reinforced concrete or similar. Allow at least 500mm space around the spa.
Power Supply
Requires 2 x 40 AMP supply via SWA cable. Please consult a qualified electrician. 10m cable coil required near isolator.
