Shipping: Delivery is 3–5 working days after order confirmation. You'll be notified by email or phone when your order is out for delivery. If choosing our assembly service this can add an extra few days onto the lead time.
Warranty: 3-year warranty on the timber and 2-year warranty on electrics (upon registration).
Returns: Please inspect the packaging on delivery. If you notice any damage, note it when signing and email photos of the damage, the box and the SKU to info@nuovoluxury.co.uk within 24 hours and we'll be happy to help.
