Delivery & lead times: Delivery only typically takes around 7 working days from order confirmation. If you add professional installation, please allow approximately 7 to 14 working days, depending on installer availability and demand. Either way, we'll confirm your delivery and installation dates with you directly once your order is placed.
Warranty: 3-year warranty on the timber and 2-year warranty on electricals (upon registration).
Returns: Please inspect the packaging on delivery. If you notice any damage, note it when signing and email photos of the damage, the box and the SKU to info@nuovoluxury.co.uk within 24 hours and we'll be happy to help.
