Collection: 2 Person Indoor Infrared Saunas
2 Person Indoor Infrared Saunas — The Most Popular Home Size, from £2,395
The 2 person infrared sauna is the sweet spot for most UK homes: compact enough for a spare room or home gym, roomy enough for a couple — or one regular user who wants space to relax rather than sit shoulder-to-panel. Cabins in this range start at footprints around 1m × 1m and run at a gentle 45–65°C, with most models plugging into a standard UK 13-amp socket.
Our 2 Person Range
The Full Spectrum 1m × 1m (£2,395) is the most affordable way into full-spectrum heating — near, mid, and far infrared in one compact cabin. The Canadian Spa Chilliwack (£2,495) seats 1–2 and is our best-selling starter model. The 1300mm × 1300mm KY006 (£3,495) gives couples genuine side-by-side bench room, and the flagship GH Vision T2 Low-EMF Full Spectrum (£5,295) adds near-infrared LEDs, an oxygen ioniser, and app-controlled pre-heating.
Far Infrared or Full Spectrum?
Far infrared delivers the deep, gentle heat most associated with relaxation and recovery, at the lowest price points. Full spectrum adds near and mid infrared for skin renewal and muscle recovery — worth the step up if you're buying for daily training recovery. Both run low-EMF across our range. More detail in the main infrared saunas guide or the far infrared collection.
Space and Wiring
Allow from 1m × 1m of floor space (1.3m × 1.3m for the KY006), around 1.9–2m of ceiling height, and a small air gap. Most 2 person cabins run on a standard 13-amp socket; the larger full-spectrum models may need a 20-amp dedicated circuit — confirmed per model before purchase. Flat-pack assembly takes around 1–2 hours with two people, no plumbing needed.
Running Costs
Typical draw is 1.8–2.2 kW, so a 45-minute session costs roughly £0.45–£0.55 — about £2 a week at four sessions. Model your cabin with the Sauna Running Cost Calculator.

2 Person Infrared Sauna FAQs
How much does a 2 person infrared sauna cost in the UK?
From £2,395 for our compact full-spectrum 1m × 1m cabin, £3,495 for the wider 1300mm KY006, up to £5,295 for the low-EMF full-spectrum GH Vision T2.
What size is a 2 person infrared sauna?
Footprints run from around 1m × 1m for compact models to 1.3m × 1.3m for genuine side-by-side seating, with cabin heights around 1.9–2m.
Do 2 person infrared saunas need special wiring?
Most run on a standard UK 13-amp plug socket. Larger full-spectrum models may need a 20-amp dedicated circuit — we confirm the requirement for any model before you order.
Is a 2 person sauna worth it for one person?
Yes — it's the most common choice for solo users, giving room to stretch out, better bench comfort, and resale flexibility for a modest price step over a 1 person cabin.
What's the difference between far infrared and full spectrum in this size?
Far infrared cabins deliver deep, gentle heat at the lowest prices. Full spectrum adds near and mid infrared for skin and muscle recovery benefits — our £2,395 entry model and £5,295 GH Vision T2 are both full spectrum.
