Bertazzoni Professional Series Range Cookers
The Professional Series is Bertazzoni's most recognisable line: solid metal knobs, a heavy front rail, deep gloss colour finishes, and the proportions that made the brand a design reference. Nuovo Luxury stocks the Professional Series in depth — 64 models from £4,099 to £6,299 — rather than carrying a token few from each of Bertazzoni's four series.
Why we specialise in this series
Buying a £5,000 range cooker from a retailer who stocks two of them is a poor experience. Stocking one series properly means we know the model codes, the width and clearance differences, the colour availability by configuration, and which model actually suits how you cook. If you want the Master, Heritage or Modern series, we'll tell you honestly that we don't stock them.
What's in the series
Widths: 90cm, 100cm, 110cm and 120cm.
Fuel: dual fuel (brass gas burners, electric ovens) and induction (all-electric), plus Air-Tec vented induction with extraction built in.
Ovens: twin oven configurations, and XG models with a third cavity and extra-large main oven.
Colours: stainless steel, black, white, red, yellow, orange, and Carbonio on induction models.
Reading the model codes
Bertazzoni codes are logical once you know the pattern. PRO106L2EROT: PRO = Professional Series, 10 = 100cm, L = gas hob, 2 = two ovens, ROT = rosso (red). Swap L for I and you have induction; swap 2 for 3 and you have the XG triple oven.
