Collection: Dual Fuel Range Cookers

Dual Fuel Range Cookers UK

A dual fuel range cooker pairs a gas hob with electric ovens — the combination most professional and serious home kitchens settle on, because each fuel is used where it's genuinely better. Gas gives instant, visible heat control on the hob. Electric gives the steady, even cavity temperature that baking and roasting depend on.

What to look for

Burner quality: brass burners conduct heat well and survive years of cleaning. A dual-ring power burner matters more than the raw burner count — it's what lets one zone go from a true low simmer to full searing power.

Oven count: twin oven models give a main plus auxiliary cavity. Triple oven models add a third, usually with a dedicated grill — worth it if you cook multiple dishes at different temperatures.

Width: 90cm suits most family kitchens; 100cm and above add hob space and oven capacity but need real kitchen planning.

Installation

Dual fuel cookers must be connected by a Gas Safe registered engineer, and also need an electrical supply for the ovens. Budget for both, and confirm your gas connection position before your kitchen is fitted.
