Bertazzoni PRO116L3EART — 110cm XG triple oven dual fuel range cooker in gloss orange, £5,599. A Professional Series cooker with a six-burner brass gas hob and three electric oven cavities, including Bertazzoni's extra-large XG main oven.
The hob
Six gas burners in high-quality brass, including two dual-ring power burners that move from a delicate simmer to full searing power. A thermocouple safety device allows gas to flow only when a flame is present.
The ovens
The main electric oven runs 11 functions, controlled by a touch digital programmer that displays the selected function, manages cooking time and gives real-time temperature feedback. The auxiliary oven is fan-free with four distinct modes. The third cavity carries a powerful adjustable grill — so you can roast, bake and grill at once without clearing a cavity.
Bertazzoni's Best in Class cavity sizes make multi-level cooking practical rather than theoretical, which is the point of a 110cm cooker.
The gloss orange finish
Arancio orange is the warmest colour in the Professional Series palette and the one that most often surprises people in the flesh — it reads richer and less bright than photographs suggest.
It belongs with natural materials: oak, walnut, terracotta, exposed brick. It also handles warm artificial light unusually well, which matters in UK kitchens used mostly after dark from October to March. Against muted sage or pale green cabinetry it looks considered rather than loud.
If you like the warmth but want something quieter, yellow is softer and stainless steel constrains nothing later.
Who this model suits
Serious cooks who entertain regularly, want three separate cavities, and have the kitchen space for a genuinely wide cooker. If you cook for four to six and rarely run two ovens at once, a 100cm twin oven does the same job for around £900 less.
Installation
Dual fuel models must be connected by a Gas Safe registered engineer, and also need an electrical supply for the ovens. Position the gas point so the hose reaches without strain and the cooker can still be pulled out. Ask us for the exact aperture and clearance figures from the specification sheet before your cabinetry is cut — we won't estimate them. Full detail in our installation requirements guide.

Questions
Does orange cost more than stainless? Not at 110cm dual fuel — every finish is £5,599.
Is it as bright as it looks online? Less so. Screen colours are unreliable on gloss finishes; it reads warmer and deeper in person.
Do I need an extractor hood? Yes. Size it at least as wide as the cooker. See our extraction guide.
