Where orange works

Orange suits kitchens with natural materials — oak, walnut, terracotta, exposed brick — better than it suits cool minimalist schemes. It also handles warm artificial light well, which matters in UK kitchens used mostly after dark in winter. Against pale sage or muted green cabinetry it looks considered rather than loud.

If you like the warmth but want something quieter, yellow is softer and Carbonio gives Professional Series presence without colour.
