Collection: Induction Range Cookers

Induction Range Cookers UK

Induction is the fastest-growing choice in UK kitchens, and the only way to get a full-size range cooker in a home without a gas supply. We stock 34 all-electric models from £4,599 to £6,199.

Why induction

It puts around 85–90% of its energy into the pan rather than the air around it, so it boils water in roughly half the time of gas. Control is instantaneous, low settings stay genuinely low without the flame-guttering gas suffers at minimum, and the glass surface barely heats — spills wipe off instead of baking on. No open flame, no combustion by-products in the room, and no annual gas safety check.

Choose by width

90cm twin oven from £4,599 · 100cm twin oven from £4,799 or XG triple oven from £5,599 · 110cm XG triple oven from £5,899.

Note that 110cm is the widest induction range cooker Bertazzoni makes — there is no 120cm induction model.

Vented models — no hood required

Our Air-Tec range cookers build downdraft extraction into the cooker itself, so no overhead hood is needed. Ideal for islands and open-plan kitchens. Seven colours, from £5,499.

The Carbonio option

Carbonio — Bertazzoni's textured dark finish — is offered exclusively on induction models. It hides fingerprints far better than gloss black, which makes it the practical dark choice for a kitchen in daily use.

Two things to check before ordering

Your pans. Induction needs ferrous, magnetic cookware. All cast iron works and most modern stainless does; pure aluminium and copper don't. Hold a fridge magnet to the base — firm stick means it works. If half your collection fails, budget for replacements.

Your electrics. Induction range cookers need a dedicated high-amperage circuit run from the consumer unit by a qualified electrician, not a standard 13A plug. Older properties sometimes lack spare consumer unit capacity, so have this checked early. We confirm the exact requirement for your chosen model before you order.

Induction or dual fuel?

Induction wins on speed, efficiency, safety and cleaning. Dual fuel wins on visual heat feedback, wok cooking, and working in a power cut. The ovens are electric in both, so you lose nothing on baking either way. Full comparison in our dual fuel vs induction guide.
