Bertazzoni PRO105I3EXT — 100cm XG triple oven induction range cooker in stainless steel, £5,599. An all-electric Professional Series cooker with a full-width induction hob and three oven cavities, including the extra-large XG main oven.
The XG decision
The twin oven induction (PRO105I2EXT) is £4,799. This XG model adds a third cavity and an extra-large main oven for £800 more.
It earns that if you cook multiple dishes at different temperatures regularly, or if your roasting tins don't fit a standard oven. If you mostly cook for four to six and use one oven at a time, take the twin.
The hob
A full-width induction hob controlled by Professional Series metal knobs. Induction puts around 85–90% of its energy into the pan rather than the surrounding air, boiling water in roughly half the time of gas. Control is instantaneous, low settings stay genuinely low, and the glass barely heats — so spills wipe off rather than baking on.
Needs ferrous, magnetic cookware. All cast iron works and most modern stainless does; pure aluminium and copper don't. Test with a fridge magnet before ordering.
The ovens
Main electric oven with 11 functions and a digital programmer showing function, cooking time and real-time temperature. Auxiliary oven with four further modes. Third cavity with an adjustable grill.
The stainless steel finish
£300 less than the equivalent colour model. Never dates, works with any cabinetry, and the safest choice if you might change the kitchen's look later or sell within a few years. Shows fingerprints — wipe with the grain.
Installation
Needs a dedicated high-amperage circuit from the consumer unit, installed by a qualified electrician — not a 13A plug. No gas connection and no annual gas safety check. Ask us for the exact amperage, aperture and clearance figures from the specification sheet before cabinetry is cut. See our installation guide.

Questions
Will my pans work? If a fridge magnet sticks firmly to the base, yes. Budget for replacements if half your collection fails.
Why is induction £500 more than dual fuel? Induction carries a premium across the range. You gain speed, efficiency and easier cleaning; you lose the visible flame.
Do I need an extractor hood? Yes, unless you choose an Air-Tec model with extraction built in.
