Bertazzoni PRO105I2EGIT — 100cm twin oven induction range cooker in yellow, £5,099. An all-electric Professional Series cooker with an induction hob and twin electric ovens.
The hob
An induction hob controlled by Professional Series metal knobs. Induction puts around 85–90% of its energy into the pan rather than the surrounding air, boiling water in roughly half the time of gas. Control is instantaneous, and the glass barely heats — spills wipe off rather than baking on.
Needs ferrous, magnetic cookware. All cast iron works and most modern stainless does; pure aluminium and copper don't. Test with a fridge magnet before ordering.
The ovens
Main electric oven with 11 functions and a digital programmer, plus an auxiliary oven for a second dish at a different temperature. Identical to the ovens in the dual fuel models.
The alternative is the XG version (PRO105I3EGIT, £5,899), which adds a third cavity with a grill and an extra-large main oven.
The yellow finish
Giallo yellow is the least common choice in the palette and the one that makes a kitchen feel genuinely individual. It brightens north-facing rooms that struggle for natural light and works with grey, white and pale blue cabinetry without the tension red or orange can create. Less successful against warm cream, where the tones blur.
Practical point: yellow shows fingerprints and splashes far less than gloss black. Combined with an induction hob that wipes clean in seconds, this is one of the lowest-maintenance combinations in the range.
Who this suits
Homes without a gas supply, which increasingly means new builds. If you have gas and cook by eye, the dual fuel version (PRO106L2EGIT) is £400 less at £4,699.
Installation
Needs a dedicated high-amperage circuit from the consumer unit, installed by a qualified electrician — not a 13A plug. No gas connection and no annual gas safety check. Ask us for the exact amperage, aperture and clearance figures from the specification sheet before cabinetry is cut. See our installation guide.

Why £300 more than stainless? Colour finishes carry a £300 premium here. Stainless (PRO105I2EXT) is £4,799.
Is yellow hard to live with? Less than most people expect. It's the most forgiving of the bold colours on marks.
Will my pans work? If a fridge magnet sticks firmly to the base, yes.
