Prices and range
What does a Bertazzoni range cooker cost in the UK?
Between £4,099 and £6,299 at Nuovo Luxury. The entry point is the 90cm twin oven dual fuel in stainless steel (PRO96L2EXT) at £4,099. The top is the 120cm twin oven dual fuel in colour (PRO126G2E) at £6,299.
Which Bertazzoni series do you stock?
The Professional Series, in full — all 64 models, every width, fuel and colour. We don't stock Master, Heritage or Modern. If one of those is what you want, we'll say so rather than steer you to something we happen to have.
Is stainless steel cheaper than colour?
Usually by £300 — but not always. At 110cm dual fuel and 100cm twin oven dual fuel, every finish is the same price, so colour costs nothing extra in those two configurations.
Do you offer finance?
Yes. Call us to discuss options.
Choosing a width
What size range cooker do I need?
90cm suits most UK family kitchens and fits where a 60cm cooker plus one base unit sat. 100cm gives the widest model choice and the option of a third oven. 110cm is XG triple oven across the board. 120cm is mostly extra hob space. Full detail in our size guide.
Is 100cm worth it over 90cm?
The £300–£600 step buys better burner spacing and, more importantly, access to the XG triple oven configuration. If neither matters to you, stay at 90cm. See our detailed comparison.
Does 120cm give me bigger ovens than 110cm?
No — the opposite. 110cm models are XG triple oven; 120cm reverts to twin oven and puts the extra width into the hob. If oven capacity is your priority, 110cm gives you more and costs less.
What's the widest Bertazzoni?
120cm, in dual fuel only. The widest induction model is 110cm.
Ovens and hobs
What is the XG oven?
Three oven cavities including an extra-large main oven, versus two on twin oven models. The third cavity usually carries an adjustable grill, so you can roast, bake and grill simultaneously. The premium is roughly £400–£800.
Do I need three ovens?
Only if you regularly cook multiple dishes at different temperatures. Think about the last month of actual cooking — if you rarely ran two ovens at once, the twin does everything and the third cavity becomes a baking tray drawer. See twin vs triple oven.
What is Air-Tec?
An induction range cooker with downdraft extraction built into the cooker itself, so no overhead hood is needed. Available at 90cm in all seven colours, from £5,499. Ideal for islands and open-plan kitchens. See our Air-Tec guide.
What is a dual-ring power burner?
A gas burner with two concentric flame rings, giving a much wider usable range than a standard burner — a genuine low simmer at one end and full searing power at the other.
Dual fuel or induction
Which should I buy?
Dual fuel if you have gas, cook by eye and want a visible flame. Induction if you have no gas, or you value speed, efficiency and easy cleaning. The ovens are electric in both, so baking is identical either way. Full comparison in our fuel guide.
Will my pans work on induction?
Hold a fridge magnet to the base. Firm stick means yes. All cast iron works and most modern stainless does; pure aluminium and copper don't. Test before ordering — replacing a pan collection is a real hidden cost.
My new build has no gas. What are my options?
Induction, and you lose less than you'd think — 34 models from £4,599 across 90cm, 100cm and 110cm. See our guide to buying for a new build.
Colours and finishes
What colours are available?
Stainless steel, black, white, red, yellow, orange, and Carbonio. See making a bold colour work.
What is Carbonio?
A textured dark grey finish offered on induction models only — four models across 90cm and 100cm. It diffuses light rather than reflecting it, so it hides fingerprints and marks far better than gloss black.
Which finish is easiest to live with?
Carbonio, then yellow and white. Gloss black shows fingerprints and water marks more than anything else in the range; stainless shows them too but wipes clean with the grain.
Will a bold colour date?
Less than people fear — Bertazzoni's colours are the brand's signature rather than a trend. But colour is the hardest thing to change later, so if you're genuinely unsure, stainless costs less and constrains nothing.
Installation
What does a dual fuel cooker need?
Connection by a Gas Safe registered engineer, plus an electrical supply for the ovens. Position the gas point so the hose reaches without strain and the cooker can still be pulled out.
What does an induction cooker need?
A dedicated high-amperage circuit run from the consumer unit by a qualified electrician — not a standard 13A plug. The isolation switch must be accessible but not behind the cooker.
What aperture do I need?
More than the cooker width — the manufacturer specifies a required aperture allowing for the body, levelling feet and the ability to slide the cooker out. Ask us for the exact figure for your model before cabinetry is cut. We won't estimate it.
Do I need an extractor hood?
Yes, unless you choose an Air-Tec model. Size it at least as wide as the cooker and ideally wider. See our extraction guide.
Full installation requirements?
See our installation requirements guide.
Delivery
Do you deliver UK-wide?
UK mainland delivery on a date you choose.
Will it fit through my door?
Measure the clear opening with the door fully open, and the width at any 90-degree turn in the hallway. Access defeats more range cooker orders than kitchen dimensions do. Read our delivery access guide and tell us about tight points when you order.
Is installation included?
Delivery is not installation. Connection must be done by a Gas Safe engineer or qualified electrician. Call us to discuss.
What if it arrives damaged?
Note it when signing for delivery, then send photos of the damage, the box and the SKU to info@nuovoluxury.co.uk within 24 hours.
Ownership
How long will it last?
A well-installed range cooker used domestically should give well over a decade. Expect at least one service intervention in that time, most likely on the electronic side.
What fails first?
Electronic programmers and displays, then ignition components on gas models, then door seals and hinges. The cavities, burner bodies and chassis rarely fail. See how long range cookers last.
What warranty applies?
Warranty terms vary by model and change over time, so we won't publish a figure that might be out of date. Ask us for the current written terms on the specific model you're considering and we'll confirm them before you order.
Who services Bertazzoni in the UK?
Coverage varies by region. Ask us — and ask any retailer — who services the product in your area before you commit. It's the question that matters most and the one most people forget.
Are Bertazzoni range cookers reliable?
Strong on build and design, more mixed on aftercare — you'll find both experiences online. Our honest assessment is in are Bertazzoni range cookers worth it.
