The Carbonio option

Bertazzoni's Carbonio finish — a deep textured dark grey — is only offered on induction models. It's the choice for kitchens that want the Professional Series presence without the bold colour statement.

Practical notes

Induction needs ferrous (magnetic) cookware. Most modern stainless and all cast iron work; pure aluminium and copper don't — a fridge magnet on the pan base is the quick test. Installation requires a dedicated high-amperage circuit from a qualified electrician rather than a standard plug, and no gas connection or annual gas safety check is needed. We'll confirm the exact amperage for your model before you order.

New builds without gas

If your property has no gas supply, induction is the only way to get a full-size Professional Series range cooker. The electric ovens are identical to those in the dual fuel models — you lose nothing on the baking side.
