Warranty

Frequently asked questions

How is an infrared sauna different from a traditional sauna?
Infrared warms your body directly with radiant heat rather than heating the air around you. That means a more comfortable, breathable session at lower air temperatures (typically 45–60°C), while still giving you a deep, sweat-inducing warmth.

Do I need a special power supply?
No. It runs from a standard 13A domestic plug socket — no special wiring or plumbing needed.
