Bertazzoni PRO106L3EGIT — 100cm XG triple oven dual fuel range cooker in yellow, £5,399. A brass-burner gas hob with three electric oven cavities, including Bertazzoni's extra-large XG main oven.
The XG decision
This is the choice that matters at 100cm. The twin oven version (PRO106L2EGIT) is £4,699. This XG model adds a third cavity and an extra-large main oven for £700 more.
It earns that if you cook multiple dishes at different temperatures regularly, or if your roasting tins don't fit a standard oven. If you mostly cook for four to six and use one oven at a time, take the twin — the third cavity otherwise becomes a baking tray drawer.
The hob
Brass gas burners including a dual-ring power burner that moves from a genuine low simmer to full searing output. A thermocouple safety device allows gas to flow only when a flame is present.
The ovens
Main electric oven with 11 functions and a digital programmer showing function, cooking time and real-time temperature. Auxiliary oven with four further modes. Third cavity with an adjustable grill — so you can roast, bake and grill at once without clearing a cavity.
The yellow finish
Giallo yellow is the least common choice in the Professional Series palette and the one that makes a kitchen feel genuinely individual. It brightens north-facing rooms that struggle for natural light and works with grey, white and pale blue cabinetry without the tension red or orange can create. It's less successful against warm cream, where the tones blur.
Practical point in its favour: yellow shows fingerprints and cooking splashes far less than gloss black, and needs less daily wiping than stainless.
Installation
Must be connected by a Gas Safe registered engineer, and also needs an electrical supply for the ovens. Confirm the gas connection position before the kitchen is fitted. Ask us for the exact aperture and clearance figures from the specification sheet before cabinetry is cut. See our installation guide.

Questions
Why £300 more than stainless? Colour finishes carry a £300 premium here. Stainless (PRO106L3EXT) is £5,099.
Is yellow hard to live with? Less than most people expect. It's the most forgiving of the bold colours on marks, and it lifts a dark kitchen.
Do I need an extractor hood? Yes, at least as wide as the cooker.
