The Cubico Alabaster Wall Light is a clean square of natural alabaster on a copper backplate. A simple geometric idea carried out in a material that rewards it: the stone is the whole design, and the copper is there to hold it.
At 30cm tall it sits between the small detail fittings and the full statement pieces, which makes it a sensible choice for a reading corner, a landing or a pair either side of a mirror.

Bulbs
The Cubico takes a standard E14 lamp up to 40W, not included. A warm white LED at 2700K to 3000K brings out the honey tones in the stone. Cooler lamps will read crisper and greyer, which some schemes want and most do not. LED also runs cool, which matters on a natural stone shade.
Installation
This is a hardwired fitting with no plug and no switch on the light itself. We recommend a qualified electrician carries out the installation in accordance with current wiring regulations. For indoor use only.
Care
Alabaster is a soft stone and is slightly soluble in water. Dust with a dry, soft cloth only. Do not use damp cloths, sprays, vinegar or any abrasive cleaner. Keep away from steam and damp.
