Two twisted bronze arms curve up from a single base, each carrying a mosaic glass shade. The Gemelli is a double-head Turkish-style mosaic table lamp — sculpture by day, quietly theatrical once the two shades are lit.
At 61cm tall and 33cm across, it has the presence to anchor a wide console, a hallway table or a sideboard. The twin shades throw balanced pools of warm coloured light rather than one concentrated glow, which is what makes it work as a room's main source of atmosphere.
Supplied with a UK 3-pin plug. Takes two E27 screw-fit bulbs, not included.
THE MOSAIC GLASS
Each shade is set piece by piece with small fragments of coloured glass in the Turkish mosaic tradition — browns, greens, blues and whites in a floral pattern. Light passes through the individual pieces rather than a single flat panel, scattering colour across the surfaces and walls around it.
Because the glass is set by hand, no two shades are identical. Slight variation in the pattern between the two heads, and between one lamp and the next, is part of the character.

The 33cm width fills a console properly, and the twin heads give symmetry against a mirror.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Are bulbs included?
No — the lamp is supplied without bulbs so you can choose the brightness and colour you prefer. It takes two standard E27 screw-fit bulbs, one per shade, available from any supermarket or DIY shop.
Which bulbs should I buy?
Two warm white 3000K LEDs — that is the colour temperature this lamp is designed around, and it gives the coloured glass its depth. Cool white bulbs flatten the mosaic and make it look grey. Use a matching pair so both shades read the same, and look for CRI 90 or above for the richest colour.
Is the mosaic glass real?
Yes. Each shade is set with individual pieces of coloured glass, not printed or moulded to imitate mosaic. Run a hand over it and you can feel the separate pieces.
How much space does it need?
Allow at least 40cm of width. At W33 × D14cm it needs a surface with some depth — a console, sideboard or wide hallway table rather than a narrow bedside.
Does it need wiring in?
No. It arrives with a UK 3-pin plug fitted — fit two bulbs, plug it into a standard socket and it is ready to use.
