Construction
Built from premium Nordic timber, with the walls, ceiling and floor insulated using 50mm PIR insulation boards for faster heat up and better heat retention.

Wood
Choose from four wood types to match your style and performance needs:

• Shou Sugi Ban (charred spruce): bold, deep, textured finish.
• Thermo Pine: thermowood, stable and durable with a warm tone.
• Thermo Radiata Pine: knot free thermowood with an even, consistent grain.
• Thermo Ash: knot free and the densest of the four, with the darkest tone.

Colour Finish
Select a natural oiled finish that highlights the grain, or a painted exterior for a refined, contemporary look. All finishes are treated for outdoor durability.

Roof

• Black Bitumen Tiles: classic, crisp lines and excellent weather resistance.
• Tarpaulin Cover: lightweight, flexible profile, ideal for seasonal or more mobile installations.

Glass

• Standard front glass door: minimalist look with added openness.
• Full front glass panel: floods the interior with natural light.
• Rear glass panel: perfect for privacy or framing scenic views.
• Front and back glass: the most open, immersive experience.

Single 8mm glass or insulated double glazing, in clear, tinted bronze, black or full mirror.

Benches
Supplied as standard with Linden benches: light, smooth and ideal for high heat. Upgrade to Black Alder or Thermo Pine for added character and durability (+£600).

Heater and Chimney
Available in wood-burning and electric configurations to suit your preference and site requirements.

• Wood-burning: Harvia Legend 150 (16 kW), Huum Wood (13 kW), Huum Flow Mini (8.5 kW). The Legend 150 and Flow Mini are also available with external loading, so the stove is fed from outside the cabin.

• Electric: Huum Drop (9 kW), Harvia Spirit XW (9 kW), Harvia Cilindro Steel (10.8 kW), Harvia Legend Black LCD (10.8 kW), Huum Hive Mini (10.5 kW), Huum Core Black (10.5 kW), Tulikivi Halla E (9 kW), Saunum Experience Black (9 kW). WiFi control is available on most models.

• Chimneys: stainless steel or black finish.

Sauna stones are supplied with every heater in olivine diabase, talcochlorite, rounded or jadeite.

Warranty

Heatwave is manufactured to rigorous European standards and supplied with a comprehensive manufacturer’s warranty on structure, glazing and heater (terms vary by heater brand and model). Delivery

Lead time: typically 6 to 8 weeks depending on specification.

• Flatpack (self-build): delivered as a kit with instructions, ideal where access is restricted (experience needed).
• Pre-assembled: supplied built and delivered via HIAB flatbed truck with a lifting distance of 15m, positioning available if lifting distance is within reach. Kerbside delivery included. If the lifting distance is out of reach, then you will need a mobile crane, we suggest contacting a local company to come and do a site-survey, prices vary on location and access (this is an additional cost)
• On-site assembly: we can arrange professional assembly on a case-by-case basis. It will take 2 working days to construct the sauna on-site.
  
  
  

Pre Delivery

• Ground Preparation

  Before delivery, it is essential that your installation site is prepared with a solid, level concrete base to ensure proper stability and alignment. Uneven or soft ground can cause structural issues and is not suitable for installation.

• Electrical Requirements

  All electrical work, including wiring and final connections for heaters, lighting, or other components, must be carried out by a fully qualified electrician. This ensures safe operation and compliance with UK regulations.
