Delivery & Installation

The Hybrid is delivered flat-packed, typically within 3 to 7 days. You will need two people on hand to help the driver offload it. From there you can build it yourself from the included manual, or add our professional assembly service and we will construct it on site, usually a little after your delivery date.

It must sit on a solid, level base able to take its weight.

Electrical

This sauna needs a dedicated electrical supply fitted by a qualified electrician. The whole system draws 5,792W — 24.2 amps at 240V, far more than a standard 13amp plug socket can provide.

Heater (Harvia 4.5kW): 4,500W — 18.75 amps, wired directly from the junction box

Infrared panels, controls, lighting & audio: 1,320W + 120W — supplied via a 13-amp fused connection unit (13A is the fuse rating of that spur, not an additional 13 amps of load)

Total system: 5,792W — 24.2 amps at 240V

Do I need two separate supplies? No. You need one supply run to the sauna, which is then split locally:

1. An armoured cable is run from the main house fuse board to a suitable isolator switch positioned at the sauna. The cable must comply with electrical regulations, taking into account the run distance and current — your electrician will confirm the correct specification.

2. From the isolator switch, a junction box is wired to supply power to the sauna heater at its specified amp rating.

3. A spur is taken from that same junction box to a 13-amp fused connection unit, which powers the sauna's controls and infrared panels.

Important note for your electrician: the heater is configured for three-phase by default. When wiring it for single-phase use, all three live wires must be connected together at the junction box. If this step is not followed correctly, only one of the heating elements will function. Please pass these figures and this note to your electrician before installation.

Warranty

Covered by a 2-year warranty on electrics and a 1-year warranty on timber.

Looking After It

The aluminium exterior needs no treatment — an occasional wipe keeps it looking sharp. Air the cabin after use and wipe the benches with warm water.
