Our installation partners can assemble your sauna on site and leave it ready to use. Tell us where it's going and we'll price the job properly.

Why we need these details. Installation is priced per job, not per product. What it costs depends on where you are, how far the sauna has to be carried from the vehicle, and whether the base is ready. Give us the full picture and you get a firm price rather than an estimate that changes on the day.

HANSCRAFT · OKA DESIGN · INDOOR HYBRID SAUNA

The HANSCRAFT OKA Fusion Synergy 3 is a hybrid sauna without compromise — a genuine 6kW Finnish stove and a full nano-carbon infrared system in one cabin, finished in dark thermo walnut behind a wall of smoked glass, under a star-lit ceiling.

Run the stove for traditional löyly heat. Run the infrared for a gentler, deeper session at lower temperatures. Or run both. Designed as one coherent wellness unit rather than two systems bolted together, it is the most complete indoor sauna we sell.

FINNISH HEAT · 6kW

A 6kW HANSCRAFT electric stove with sauna stones, integrated into a heating system with a touch control panel. Ladle water over the stones for the burst of löyly steam that defines a real Finnish session.

Full Infrared System
3,175W · NANO CARBON

Nano-carbon film panels across three walls at IR-C wavelength, delivering deep, even warmth at lower air temperatures — gentler on the lungs, and comfortable for far longer sessions.

Why hybrid matters

Most households contain two kinds of sauna user. One wants it as hot and steamy as it will go. The other finds that overwhelming and would rather sit at 45–50°C for half an hour. A hybrid ends that argument — the same cabin does both, and you choose per session rather than at the point of purchase.

It also changes how often you actually use it. The stove takes time to bring a cabin up to temperature; the infrared panels are usable within minutes. On a weeknight when you have twenty minutes, that is the difference between using your sauna and not bothering.

RED LIGHT PHYSIO ZONE
Targeted back care, during the session

Behind the backrest sits a dedicated 300W lumbar panel paired with red light at 660nm — HANSCRAFT describe it as combining deep infrared heat with red light therapy to support muscle relaxation and natural regeneration.

An ergonomic Softpad lets you lean directly against the heat source and adjust the intensity to suit you. No app, no menus — just lean back.

The infrared system in detail

This is not a token panel bolted into a traditional cabin. The Fusion Synergy carries a full nano-carbon film system across three walls, at IR-C wavelength, totalling 3,175W:

  • Rear wall: 3 × 400 × 900mm panels, 4 × 400 × 300mm panels, plus the 300W lumbar physiotherapy panel
  • Left wall: 300 × 900mm, 400 × 900mm and 600 × 300mm panels
  • Right wall: 2 × 400 × 900mm panels and 5 × 400 × 300mm panels

Nano-carbon film heats faster than traditional rod emitters, draws less power, and radiates evenly across the whole panel rather than from a hot central line — so you get deep, consistent warmth without the air itself becoming uncomfortably hot.

Dark thermo walnut

The cabin is built from selected thermo walnut — walnut that has been thermally modified at roughly 180–215°C without any chemical treatment. The process stabilises the internal structure of the timber, reduces how much moisture it absorbs, and makes it markedly more resistant to the swings in temperature and humidity a sauna puts it through.

What you get is a dimensionally stable material with a deep, dark brown tone and a refined grain. Against the pale pine and hemlock used in most saunas, thermo walnut reads as furniture rather than equipment — which is the point of putting one inside the house rather than at the bottom of the garden.

The boards are supplied as continuous solid lengths rather than short jointed sections, and the lower and rear structure is finished in Black Sauna Wax for added resistance to moisture and wear.

Black slate rear wall

The rear wall is clad in thin black slate. It is there for more than looks: stone accumulates heat and releases it slowly, so the wall continues to radiate warmth through the session. It also gives the interior its darker, more considered character against the walnut.

Designed by an architect, not a catalogue

The Fusion Synergy belongs to the OKA Design collection, created by HANSCRAFT in collaboration with Czech architect and designer Ing. arch. MgA. Ondřej Kamenický, whose earlier OKA and OKANDINAVIA ranges established the same approach — careful materials, calm proportions, and a design language that ages well rather than dating.

That matters here because hybrid saunas usually look like a compromise: a traditional cabin with infrared panels awkwardly added. This one was drawn as a single unit from the start, which is why the panel cladding, the slate, the lighting and the glass all read as one piece.

INSIDE THE CABIN
Star ceiling on a black base
Double bench and comfortable backrest
Ambient lighting under the bench and at the footrests
Red Light Physio Zone with ergonomic Softpad
Black slate rear wall cladding
6mm toughened dark grey glass front
Black handle and hinges
Integrated floor, built for long-term use

Smart control

The stove runs from a touch control panel in the cabin, and from an intelligent WiFi controller via the Smart Life mobile app — so you can bring it up to temperature from the sofa, or on the way home, and walk into a sauna that is already ready.

Installation

Electrical. This sauna carries two heating systems: a 6kW stove and a 3,175W infrared array. Both require a dedicated supply installed by a qualified electrician — this is not a plug-in appliance. Please share these figures with your electrician before installation so they can confirm the correct circuit, protection and cable specification for your property, and how you intend to run the two systems.

Siting. The cabin needs a level floor able to take its weight, with clearance around it for assembly and ventilation. Measure your access route before ordering — at 210cm wide and 208cm tall it is a substantial cabin, and doorways, stair turns and ceiling height all need checking first.

Assembly. Supplied for assembly in situ. If you would rather not build it yourself, our team can assemble it on site — quoted separately for your address.

Delivery

Please inspect all packaging on delivery and report any transit damage within 24 hours, with photos and your order number, to support@nuovoluxury.co.uk.
