|---|---|---|
| Nuovo Swim 14ft | 4.2m x 2.2m | 5.4m x 3.4m |
| Nuovo Swim XL 19ft | 5.8m x 2.3m | 7.0m x 3.5m |
| Canadian Spa 16ft XTrainer | 4.9m x 2.3m | 6.1m x 3.5m |
| Canadian Spa 20ft XSport | 6.1m x 2.4m | 7.3m x 3.6m |
Choosing the Right Position
Close to the house means you’ll use it more, especially in winter. Privacy from neighbours — fencing, plants, or a pergola solves most issues. Shelter from wind (usually south-west in the UK) reduces heat loss and running costs significantly.
Base Preparation
A fully filled swim spa weighs 3,000–5,000 kg. You need a reinforced concrete slab at least 100mm thick with steel mesh, extending 150mm beyond the swim spa. A local builder can pour this in a day for £500–£1,200.
Do not place directly on grass, standard decking, or uncompacted ground — the weight will cause sinking and structural damage.
Delivery Access
You need a clear path from the road at least 1 metre wider than the swim spa. Measure every gate and gap. If access is tight, crane lifts are available for £300–£600. Send us garden photos and we’ll confirm access before you order.
Electrical Requirements
Dedicated 32-amp supply with RCD, installed by a qualified electrician. Budget £300–£800 depending on distance from your fuse board.
