Bertazzoni PRO106L3EXT — 100cm XG triple oven dual fuel range cooker in stainless steel, £5,099. A brass-burner gas hob with three electric oven cavities, including Bertazzoni's extra-large XG main oven.
The XG decision
This is the choice that matters at 100cm. The twin oven version (PRO106L2EXT) is £4,699. This XG model adds a third cavity and an extra-large main oven for £400 more.
It earns that if you cook multiple dishes at different temperatures regularly, or if your roasting tins don't fit a standard oven. If you mostly cook for four to six and use one oven at a time, take the twin and spend the £400 elsewhere — the third cavity otherwise becomes a baking tray drawer.
The hob
Brass gas burners including a dual-ring power burner that moves from a genuine low simmer to full searing output. A thermocouple safety device allows gas to flow only when a flame is present. Brass conducts heat well and survives years of cleaning better than aluminium.
The ovens
Main electric oven with 11 functions and a digital programmer showing function, cooking time and real-time temperature. Auxiliary oven with four further modes. Third cavity with an adjustable grill — so you can roast, bake and grill at once without clearing a cavity.
The stainless steel finish
£300 less than the equivalent colour model. It never dates, works with any cabinetry, and is the safest choice if you might change the kitchen's look later or sell within a few years. It does show fingerprints and water spots — wipe with the grain.
Installation
Must be connected by a Gas Safe registered engineer, and also needs an electrical supply for the ovens. Confirm the gas connection position before the kitchen is fitted. Ask us for the exact aperture and clearance figures from the specification sheet before cabinetry is cut — we won't estimate them. See our installation guide.

Questions
Is 100cm XG better than 110cm? Both are XG. The 110cm gives more hob width for £500 more. Ovens are the reason to go XG; hob space is the reason to go wider.
Do I need an extractor hood? Yes, at least as wide as the cooker. See our extraction guide.
