Bertazzoni PRO115I3EBIT — 110cm XG triple oven induction range cooker in gloss white, £6,199. An all-electric Professional Series cooker with a full-width induction hob and three oven cavities, including Bertazzoni's extra-large XG main oven.

The hob

A full-width induction hob controlled by the Professional Series metal knobs. Induction puts around 85–90% of its energy into the pan rather than the surrounding air, which is why it boils water in roughly half the time of gas. Control is instantaneous, low settings stay genuinely low, and the glass barely heats — so spills wipe off instead of baking on.

One practical requirement: induction needs ferrous, magnetic cookware. All cast iron works and most modern stainless does; pure aluminium and copper don't. Test yours with a fridge magnet before you order.

The ovens

The main electric oven runs 11 functions with a digital programmer showing the selected function, cooking time and real-time temperature. The auxiliary oven adds four further modes, and the third cavity carries an adjustable grill — so you can roast, bake and grill simultaneously without clearing a cavity.

The gloss white finish

White is the quietest way to put a Professional Series cooker into a kitchen — it reads as part of the cabinetry rather than as a statement object, which suits classic and shaker schemes particularly well.

At 110cm that matters practically: a white cooker takes up visually less space than its actual width, keeping the room feeling open in a way black or stainless doesn't. The contrast comes from the metal knobs and front rail.

Who this model suits

Homes without a gas supply, which increasingly means new builds — and anyone who wants a wide cooker that doesn't dominate the room. If you cook for four to six and rarely run two ovens at once, a 100cm twin oven induction does the same job for around £1,100 less.

Installation

Induction range cookers need a dedicated high-amperage circuit run from the consumer unit by a qualified electrician — not a standard 13A plug. The isolation switch must be accessible but not behind the cooker. No gas connection and no annual gas safety check.

Ask us for the exact amperage requirement, aperture and clearance figures from the specification sheet before your cabinetry is cut — we won't estimate them. Full detail in our installation requirements guide.

Delivery

UK mainland delivery on a date you choose. This is a heavy unit — check your delivery route first using our access guide. Note any damage when signing and send photos of the damage, box and SKU to info@nuovoluxury.co.uk within 24 hours.

Questions

Why is this £300 more than stainless? Colour finishes carry a £300 premium on the 110cm induction models. Stainless (PRO115I3EXT) is £5,899.

Will my pans work? If a fridge magnet sticks firmly to the base, yes.

Do I need an extractor hood? Yes, unless you choose an Air-Tec model with extraction built in.
