The Striscia Alabaster Wall Light is a horizontal strip of natural alabaster in a slim copper frame. It runs its light sideways across a wall rather than up and down, which makes it the natural choice for flanking a television, marking a staircase wall or sitting above a low run of furniture.
The alabaster diffuses the light evenly with no hotspots. Four lengths and two frame finishes, so it can be scaled to the wall rather than the other way round.

Choosing a colour temperature
Alabaster warms light as it passes through the stone, so the 2700K setting is the one that suits the material. 4100K reads neutral and 6000K takes the warmth out of the veining altogether. For a living room or a bedroom, use 2700K.
Installation
This is a hardwired fitting with no plug and no switch on the light itself. We recommend a qualified electrician carries out the installation in accordance with current wiring regulations. For indoor use only.
Care
Alabaster is a soft stone and is slightly soluble in water. Dust with a dry, soft cloth only. Do not use damp cloths, sprays, vinegar or any abrasive cleaner. Keep away from steam and damp.
