Bertazzoni has built cooking appliances in Guastalla, Italy since 1882 and remains a sixth-generation family company. The Professional Series is its most recognisable line: solid metal knobs, a heavy front rail, deep gloss colour finishes, brass gas burners, and large multifunction ovens.

Which series do we stock?

We specialise in the Professional Series and stock it in full. Bertazzoni also makes the Master, Heritage and Modern series — we don't carry those, and we'd rather tell you that plainly than pretend otherwise. Choose by fuel

Dual fuel (30 models) pairs brass gas burners with electric ovens — visible flame control on the hob, steady heat in the oven. Induction (34 models) is all-electric: faster to heat, far more energy-efficient, easier to clean, and the only option in a home without a gas supply. Air-Tec vented induction (7 models) builds downdraft extraction into the cooker, so no hood is needed — ideal for islands and open-plan kitchens.

PRO106L2EROT breaks down as: PRO = Professional Series · 10 = 100cm · L = gas hob (I = induction) · 2 = two ovens (3 = XG triple oven) · ROT = rosso, red. Once you know the pattern you can decode any Bertazzoni Professional model.

What is the XG oven?
XG models have three oven cavities including an extra-large main oven, versus two cavities on twin oven models. At 110cm every model is XG; at 100cm you can choose either. The XG premium is roughly £400–£800.

Dual fuel or induction?
Dual fuel gives visible flame control, suits wok cooking, and works in a power cut. Induction heats faster, uses far less energy, is safer and easier to clean, and is the only choice in a home without gas. The electric ovens are the same in both.

What is Air-Tec?
An induction range cooker with downdraft extraction built into the cooker itself, so you don't need an overhead hood. Available at 90cm in all seven colours, from £5,499.

What installation is required?
Dual fuel models must be connected by a Gas Safe registered engineer and also need an electrical supply for the ovens. Induction and Air-Tec models need a dedicated high-amperage circuit installed by a qualified electrician. We confirm the exact requirement for your chosen model before you order.
